GBI has scored 8,0 in customer satisfaction survey

We have asked an independent research company “Enalyzer” to perform a survey among our retail clients.

According to the outcome of this survey, our clients have awarded us with a satisfaction score of 8.0 on average. We are very proud about this result. It shows the importance of providing our clients with good, fast and reliable services.

Apart from the positive feedback, this survey has also shown some improvement points, which we shall act upon going forward. We aim to see the first results in a short time. We will also continue to do our utmost in order to further improve our products and services.
